So, I have been playing today and think I have figured out how to make an animated mini-me called an avatar. It is a lot of fun. Not sure how to save it yet, so I will see if I can load it as an image for you all to preview. If it works, let me know what you think.

Well, after reading your posts, I thought we should go ahead and blog about upcoming events. So next week is spirit week and it is for a good cause. We are having pirate pride day, hat day, sunglasses day, pj’s, and our class choice, Freaky Friday. I think that will be the best day of the week. What I want to know is what do you think will be your favorite day and why? Also, what do you plan to wear on Freaky Friday? Who is going to be the most outragious? Let’s have fun with this. Signing off and going home,

Sci Fi/Autobiography Book Review
October 3rd, 2006 by kelgarneal · 22 Comments · Uncategorized
This quarter, as a class, we are reading books from the autobiography and science fiction genres. An autobiography is a true story or memoir written by the author about him/herself. Science Fiction books are stories that often tell about science and technology of the future, involve partially true fiction laws or theories of science, and they take place in either the future, in space, on a different world, or in a different universe or dimension.
Now that you have finished reading your chosen text, please take time to share with others about your book. Which genre is your book? What is the title and who is the author? Give a short review of the book (main highlights), and tell us why you liked or disliked the book. Support your answers with details from the text. Maybe someone else out in cyberspace will enjoy your recommendation enough to want to read the book, too!
